Should I order from Rightstuf if the item says "More Arriving Soon!"?

There's some merchandise I want to order from rightstuf.com (mainly Hetalia things), but I've noticed that, especially with the Hetalia merchandise, when it says "More Arriving Soon!" it usually does not come in for a while... I do know that a lot of the Hetalia merchandise is fairly new, some aren't even released yet (I 've found another website that has release dates for a lot of anime merchandise, I could link it if somehow needed), and I just want to know if I should wait until what I want is in stock or if it is safe to just order it while it isn't. One of the items I want was (according to other said website) released about 4 days ago, so I ume it'd be coming in soon, but like I say, their Hetalia merchandise isn't always in stock.
