Does he really want me to make him into a "henpecked" husband?

He always asks me if I want him to do certain things, like get a haircut or change his shirt. My feelings are....whatever makes him happy. I'm not one of those women who nags or picks at a man. Real and serious issues are what I deal with when I have to, not his choice of apparel or how long he sits and watches television. He was previously divorced and has served many years in the military, so I'm thinking his ex was a "directress" or he's just used to taking orders. Will he stop insisting I tell him what to do if I just ignore it?
