RCA model number F25653BC How do i change the input settings for this tv, so that i can get a signal for xbox?

Right now my settings for my cable and everything is set to 00 in order for me to get any service or picture. I don't know how to change this or if it's just that it might be the tv itself, the year manufactured is 1995, but i can't get video, i can get audio and hear everything, but there's just no picture and the tv says unusable signal. Please help
