Can my dad use our address for food stamps if he's not living here?

We currently kicked him out for good! Like 3 years ago we were using food stamps but we didn't want to anymore so we stopped but my dad has just become too dependent on the Govt and yea he used all his unemployment benefits and hasn't had a job for about 2-3 yrs..he's just done too much to us (alcoholic, verbally abusive) anyway we (my brother and I) don't like using food stamps since we are asked about them in fafsa and job application. Would my mom have to divorce in order for him not to be eligible for food stamps with our address? My mom is the one paying the rent and this place is in her name, so are our bills.
