Am i losing my son, how to get him back?

hes the youngest of my three sons and he was always the odd one but i loved him anyway. Well he is 16 and he is tatted up, all on his back, arms and face. He has a mo hawk and he wears all black and because of this he gets into fights at school and he is getting straight F's and whenever I try to to talk to him, he says "I really don't care what you say". Am I losing him? How to get him back or is it too late at this point?
