How can you cancel a deportation order?

Hello, my friend has been living in the united states for 7 years. She has worked hard and has a good moral character. She doesn't have a criminal history but she has been working with a bad lawyer. Her family lives her and her sister is a US. citizen. She has an appeal pending and they want to shop her away. Now i understand and respect the law but she is not harming anyone and we need to know if there is any possible way we can use that that deportation order can be cancelled. Anyone that knows any possible legal way, please help.
