Do you think Dwyane Wade under achieved from 2007-2010?

After a great finals in 2006, i don't know what happened the next 4 years. In 2007 the defending champs finished 5th in a weak East, and Wade's heat got swept! Then in 2008 they went 15-67! Then in 2009 Miami lost in the 1st round to the Hawks, and in 2010 the same with the Celtics. So my question is from 07-10 do you think Wade underachieved and played poorly?
