Quite frankly i need advice?

i know that the the conclusion in this won't be well but i have to try, my sister has recently been looking for a job line and well she thought she found "one" anyway they said she had a job online and gave her a money order for about 900 bucks. they told her to send it to someone and well it was sent to the phillipines. i don't know what to do for her but i at least want some help or something about the money because her and my brother in law needed it. i know i'm vague on the details but if i asked questions from her it would've made her made so this is all i got
